Ingredients
Broccoli 2 - 3 cup
Rice flour 1 -2 tbsp
2-3 Gram flour
1 Onions
1Ginger
Finely chopped Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 2 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Salt - according to the taste
Coconut Oil - 1tbsp
Method
Cut the onion finely. Now add oil and heat it. Now add cumin seeds, finely chopped onion and ginger and cook it. After the onion becomes light brown, add broccoli in it and cook on low flame.
Now in a bowl mix gram flour, turmeric, rice flour, cumin powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt.
Now stirring this mixture in a broccoli, add chopped tomatoes and mix well, cook for 5 minutes.
